Hank Reinhardt’s Book of Knives: A Practical and Illustrated Guide to Knife Fighting
Reinhardt's writing is entertaining and informative as usual. Unfortunately the book was compiled and completed after his death. Not only does it lack cohesion, but the whole second part of the book was written by Greg Phillips, who contradicts much of what was actually written by Reinhardt in the first part. A good chunk of the book is also taken up by eulogies by Reinhardt's friends and associates.
